Learn More About Kela VIP Lottery
For many people in Bangladesh, "lottery" still brings to mind an old paper ticket — bought roadside, numbers checked in the newspaper on draw day. Kela VIP has completely changed that picture. Here, lottery is fully digital, transparent, and instant. From buying a ticket to claiming a prize, everything happens on your mobile — no paper, no waiting.
What stands out most about the Kela VIP lottery section is the variety. It's not just one Mega Draw — with daily draws, weekend draws, and instant scratch cards all running at once, there's always an opportunity. Daily Draw tickets start at just ৳50, putting them within reach for people across all income levels in Bangladesh. And for those with their sights set on bigger prizes, the weekly Mega Draw offers a top prize of up to ৳20 lakh.
Are the draws truly fair?
It's a fair question — and one worth asking. Kela VIP lottery draws are run entirely on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent international certification bodies. Mega Draws are broadcast live, meaning any member can watch the draw happen in real time. Every ticket carries a unique serial number recorded on a blockchain ledger, making it impossible to add tickets after the draw has begun.
Daily Draw results are available in the app and on the website after 8 PM each day. Winning numbers are stored for up to 30 days so any member can check them at any time.
How You Receive Your Prize Money
When you win a lottery on Kela VIP, the prize amount is credited directly to your Kela VIP account balance. Small prizes (up to ৳10,000) are added automatically, usually within 5 minutes of the draw closing. For larger prizes, a one-time ID verification is required, after which the amount is credited within 24 hours. From there, you can withdraw to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket at any time.
Winnings from Instant Win Scratch Cards are credited to your account the moment you scratch — no waiting, no verification required for smaller amounts.
Ticket Bonus Offer — Buy 2 Get 1 Free
Every week, Kela VIP runs a special 2+1 ticket offer. Buy any 2 tickets — Mega Draw or Weekend Draw — and get 1 ticket of equal value free. The offer goes live every Monday and runs through Friday night. See the promotions page for full terms.
Kela VIP also rewards regular members with loyalty tickets. Deposit ৳10,000 or more in a month and receive free Daily Draw tickets. Diamond VIP members automatically get 1 Mega Draw ticket every week.
Is the Lottery Pure Luck?
Luck plays the biggest role in any lottery — there's no getting around that. But keeping a few strategic points in mind can improve your overall odds. First, buying multiple lower-priced tickets instead of one expensive ticket mathematically increases your chances of winning. Second, entering the Daily Draw regularly gives you a naturally higher chance of winning a prize over time. Third, taking advantage of bonus ticket offers means more chances at a lower cost.
Kela VIP always promotes responsible gaming. Treat the lottery as entertainment, not an investment. Set a fixed budget and stick to it — spending beyond your limits is never a good idea.
Instant Win Scratch Cards — The Most Fun Way to Play
If waiting isn't your thing, Instant Win Scratch Cards are perfect for you. Buy a card, scratch it on screen with your finger, and see your result — the whole process takes just 10 seconds. Each card has 9 panels — match any three of the same value to win. Prizes start from ৳50 and go up to ৳1,00,000.
Scratch card sets come in a variety of themes — Eid Special, Cricket World Cup Series, and Monsoon Bonus Series. Each theme is available for a limited time only, so there's always something new to look forward to. These cards also make great gifts — you can send them to a friend or family member.
Overall, the Kela VIP lottery section is a genuine standout in the Bangladesh market. Affordable entry points, a transparent draw process, fast payouts, and a diverse range of ticket options — these four qualities together make it more appealing than the lottery offering on any other platform.
