Kela VIP Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide to Using the Platform

1Introduction & General Terms

Kela VIP is an online betting and gaming platform built for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between Kela VIP ("we", "us") and registered members ("you", "the user").

2Account Opening & Eligibility

• Your Account: You may not open or manage an account on behalf of another person.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to your registered mobile number.

• Kela VIP reserves the right to hold a withdrawal and request verification if a transaction appears suspicious.
• If a deposit is deducted but does not appear in your balance due to a technical issue, please contact support within 24 hours.

4Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on Kela VIP, make sure you're familiar with these key rules:

• Bets Cannot Be Cancelled Once Confirmed: Once you tap "Confirm Bet", the bet is final and cannot be cancelled except in the case of a technical error.
• Minimum Bet: Minimum ৳ 50 per single bet. The same rule applies to accumulators.
• Maximum Win Limit: The maximum winnings from a single bet is ৳ 10,00,000. Any amount exceeding this limit will be capped at the maximum.
• Odds Changes: If odds change after a bet is placed, the odds at the time of the bet will apply. If the "Accept Odds Changes" option is enabled, the updated odds will apply instead.
• If an Event Is Cancelled: If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Technical Error: Kela VIP reserves the right to void any bet placed due to incorrect odds or a technical error.

About Live Betting (In-Play): Bets placed during a match may not be accepted when the market is suspended. This is normal and not a system error.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Allowing another person to use your account
